Revolt browser extension features and EdgeX support
Browser Extension
The Revolt browser extension (RevoltX) provides all the features of the userscript plus additional capabilities, including support for EdgeX — the newer Edgenuity platform.
Supported Platforms
| Platform | URL Pattern | Support |
|---|---|---|
| Edgenuity | student.edgenuity.com, *.core.learn.edgenuity.com | Full |
| EdgeX | student.ex.edgenuity.com | Full |
The extension automatically detects which platform you're on and adjusts available features accordingly.
EdgeX-Specific Features
EdgeX Video Speed
When using Auto Instructions or Auto Assignment on EdgeX, you can configure video playback speed:
| Speed Preset | Internal Rate | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 5x | 20x | Default — fast but stable |
| 10x | 30x | Faster playback |
| 20x | 40x | Maximum speed |
Access this setting by expanding the Auto Instructions or Auto Assignment accordion in the sidebar.
The displayed speed (5x, 10x, 20x) maps to higher internal playback rates for optimal performance on EdgeX's video player.
