Quality-of-life tools to enhance your Edgenuity experience

Utility Features

Utility features enhance your Edgenuity experience without actively completing work. They provide quality-of-life improvements like privacy, navigation, audio control, and customization.

Skip Intro

Automatically removes visual blockers, bypasses audio restrictions, and forces video playback on all content.

  • Removes overlay elements that block interaction
  • Forces videos to start playing immediately
  • Works on all activity types

For best results, enable Skip Intro alongside Auto Instructions to fully automate instruction activities.

Question Unlock

Unlocks non-linear navigation, allowing you to jump to any question or frame without completing them in order.

  • Removes the sequential completion requirement
  • Enables clicking on any frame/question in the toolbar
  • Useful for reviewing or skipping to specific questions

Progress Bar

Displays a visual progress bar showing your course completion, grades, and progress metrics directly on the Edgenuity page.

  • Shows overall course completion percentage
  • Displays grade information
  • Tracks progress metrics across units
  • Supports both light and dark themes

Anti Logout

Automatically dismisses session timeout dialogs and keeps your Edgenuity session alive, preventing unexpected logouts.

  • Monitors for timeout warning modals
  • Automatically clicks "Continue" on session timeout dialogs
  • Sends keepalive signals to maintain the session
  • Essential when running long automation sessions

Allow Duplicate Tabs

Prevents Edgenuity's duplicate tab detection by blocking storage events. This is the only feature enabled by default.

  • Blocks storage events that Edgenuity uses to detect multiple tabs
  • Allows you to have multiple Edgenuity tabs open simultaneously
  • No configuration needed — just leave it enabled

This feature is enabled by default since most users benefit from having multiple tabs open.

Privacy Shield

Blurs sensitive information on the screen including names, grades, and school logos while keeping the timeline and activity content visible.

  • Blurs student name displays
  • Hides grade information
  • Obscures school logos and identifying information
  • Useful for screen sharing or recording

Allow Tab Out

Keeps videos playing when you switch to another tab or window. Automatically enables Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode.

  • Prevents video pause when the tab loses focus
  • Enables PiP for watching videos in a floating window
  • Allows multitasking while videos play

Useful for reducing eye strain or dimming videos you don't need to watch closely.
