Getting Started with Revolt
This guide will walk you through setting up Revolt for the first time.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Firefox) with Tampermonkey, or a phone set up as described in Mobile Installation
- An active account on Edgenuity, EdgeX, Edmentum, Subject, FLVS, or Brightspace (TRECA Digital Academy)
- A Revolt subscription or license key (what's the difference?)
Quick Start
Install the Script
Install Tampermonkey, then add the Revolt userscript from the download page. One script covers every supported platform. Full steps are on the Installation page.
Activate Revolt
Open your course. Revolt shows a login screen the first time:
- License key: type your key and click Activate.
- Subscription: click Login with Account, sign in to Revolt, and confirm Link Account. Subscriptions don't use a key. See Link Your Account.
Log into your course
Navigate to Edgenuity, EdgeX, Edmentum, or app.subject.com and log in as usual. Revolt detects the platform automatically. FLVS users sign in at vsa.flvs.net and open a course with COURSE — see FLVS. TRECA Digital Academy students sign in at tda.brightspace.com — see Brightspace.
Start Using Features
Toggle features on/off from the sidebar:
- Auto Advance - Automatically progress through activities
- Auto Quiz - Get answers and auto-complete quizzes
- Auto Assignment - Complete assignments automatically
- Skip Intros - Skip unnecessary introductions
